The design department of ISA Vascelli has over forty years of know-how in the design of any type of mould.
Our designers collaborate daily with customers in the preliminary study and development phases of new products, providing a valid technical support regarding the definition of optimal work cycles.
PROTOTYPING
La prototyping is an activity held in high regard by the company, which dedicates considerable resources to it. Our technical office designs and creates samples and prototypes both with temporary equipment and through alternative cycles to the moulding (electroerosion, laser cutting, punching).
The prototyping activities are carried out in close contact with our customers who in many cases actively participate in their execution. In this way the development times of new products are considerably reduced and experiences are shared that are useful to increase the knowledge of the mutual production processes.
MOULD MANUFACTURING
I.S.A. Vascelli has an internal tooling department, equipped with technologically advanced machines, which manufactures all the moulds and equipment used for customer production.
We make moulds of any kind for a wide range of products, with sizes up to 3000mm. in length and thickness up to 18mm.
All the production phases of the equipment are managed internally, from preventive feasibility, to design, up to mechanical processing, treatments, assembly and testing. This allows us complete control of the production cycle and considerable flexibility in delivery times.
