I.S.A. Vascelli I.S.A. Vascelli adopts a quality management system certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, oriented to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of company processes.
The welding process is also certified according to the UNI EN ISO 3834-2 standard to give greater guarantees on the quality of welded products.
Each single phase of the entire production cycle is controlled according to specific Control Plans, from the acceptance of the raw materials to the final testing of the products.
The company also operates a careful selection and qualification of its suppliers and constant monitoring of their performances, in order to guarantee effective control over the entire supply chain.
La Prototyping is an activity held in high regard by the company, which dedicates considerable resources to it. Our technical office designs and creates samples and prototypes both with temporary equipment and through alternative cycles to the moulding (electroerosion, laser cutting, punching).
The prototyping activities are carried out in close contact with our customers who in many cases actively participate in their execution. In this way the development times of new products are considerably reduced and experiences are shared that are useful to increase the knowledge of the mutual production processes.
