I.S.A VASCELLI
MOULDING
I.S.A. Vascelli is able to produce a wide range of moulded sheet products, made through shearing, drawing, embossing, bending and welding operations.
Production is carried out in two production units equipped with hydraulic and mechanical presses with variable power from 25 to 450 tons.
The products, made to order on customer request, are subject to strict quality controls that guarantee compliance with the agreed requirements.
DRAWING
WELDING
Complementing the moulding departments is a welding department consisting of two robotised workstations and several manual welding stations.
Internally welded assemblies are obtained by qualified welding procedures.
On Customer’s request we can certify our welding processes according to standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2 .
AUTOMATIC
TOOLING DEPARTMENT
I.S.A. Vascelli has an internal tooling department, equipped with technologically advanced machines, which builds all the moulds and equipment used for customer production.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is used for the production of prototypes and small production series and allows to eliminate equipment costs as well as reduce delivery times.
It is often convenient to carry out mixed laser moulding/cutting cycles, especially for the production of parts subject to frequent changes and version changes.
