WELDING
Complementing the moulding departments is a welding department consisting of two robotised workstations and several manual welding stations. Internally welded assemblies are obtained by qualified welding procedures. On Customer’s request we can certify our welding processes according to UNI EN ISO 3834-2 standard.
MANUAL WELDING
We specialise in the field of manual welding for many years, and we offer a wide range of welds for every type of need: MIG – TIG – ELECTRODE for single pieces, for small series and special welds that require greater precision, on alloys, cast iron, aluminium, inserts on moulds, reconstructions of missing or worn parts. We use 2 workstations and positioner for circular welding on half-shells for carbon steel and aluminium.
We have certification for manual welding, to guarantee a complete service to our client
AUTOMATIC WELDING
Complementing the moulding departments is a robotic welding department that allows ISA to expand the range of processes and products made.
This guarantees considerable production flexibility, internal control of the entire production cycle and the creation of complex semi-finished products.
Internally welded assemblies are obtained by validated welding processes.
